We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your mala energy! We offer a one- time, exchange for your Malas for Tatas jewelry pieces within 21 days of your purchase date, no returns or refunds.
That being said, if there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Happy customers makes for happy mala energy!
Malas for Tatas offers a jewelry warranty of 90-days. If your jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, Malas for Tatas will honor a one-time replacement of that piece (or one of equivalent value if the item is out of stock) due to a production defect. Please email a photo of your piece to malasfortatas@gmail.com within that time period.
Also, upon requesting a one-time exchange or replacement, provide us with either your order Confirmation Number (for orders placed online) or Invoice Number (for orders placed via phone or walk-in) and which item you wish to return to malasfortatas@gmail.com
Then, we will send you an entirely new piece. Please note that it may take up to 10-14 business days for your replacement piece to ship out.
